The Eclipse premiere was attended by hundreds of fans
The Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles yesterday has unfurled its red carpet to host the world premiere of “Eclipse” the third part of the “Twilight” saga. Hundreds of screaming fans waited for more than three hours to see Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.
Many fans camped overnight in front of the theater to see their idols up close and Edward, Jacob and Bella were not disappointed. With the best of their posed smiles, signed autographs and kissed their supporters who carried placards and notepads with their faces.
On June 30 “Eclipse” comes to the big screen. The third film in the series is directed by David Slade. Besides the new director, replacing Slade Chris Weitz, “Eclipse” brings other innovations as the addition of Bryce Dallas Howard, daughter of director Ron Howard, which we have seen in “Spiderman 3″ and “Lady in the Water,” which replaces Rachelle Lefevre in the role of the deadly vampire Victoria. Another new face will be to Kirsten Prout, female protagonist of the series “Kyle XY,” who plays Lucy, one of the new vampires that appear “Eclipse.”
