Moscow and Washington made the largest exchange of spies from the Cold War
Russia today made the largest exchange of spies with the United States since the end of the Cold War, which held as a telling sign of improved relations between Moscow and Washington.
After days of intensive diplomatic consultations, the U.S. released to Russia top ten Russians arrested for spying for Moscow, which in turn freed four Russian citizens serving sentences for working for the U.S. intelligence.
